The EU Commission provides a platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution (ODR platform). This can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We would like to point out that the linked website is not operated by us. According to the information on the ODR platform, the services listed there have been operational since January 15, 2016.
